If you complete the coursework, show up to coaching calls, and genuinely feel this program wasn't worth your investment, simply email me at kelli@kellifrance.com within 30 days of your purchase date and I'll refund 100% of what you've paid, no hard feelings, no hoops to jump through.

After 30 days, all sales are final. Because this is a digital program with immediate access to all materials, refunds cannot be issued outside of the guarantee window.

Payment Plans:

If you enrolled using a payment plan, the 30-day guarantee applies to the total amount paid at the time of your refund request. Remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled along with your refund. Outside of the guarantee window, all remaining payment plan installments are non-cancellable and will be charged as scheduled. A payment plan is a commitment to the full investment — not a monthly subscription.
